It is being noted by the consultants and the market watchers that senior management personnel of the top corporate offices and the traditionally rich who has a base in other parts of Karnataka have been the most of the population in this area.
The consultant remarks that although HSR Layout may be a costly option for the investor but the benefits and the return on the investment is high. In course of time the return on investment is bound to increase as the area is growing up in all aspects and is certainly an investor’s paradise.
