HSR Layout can yield hefty returns on investment

No doubt Bengaluru is a city of events and is changing fast with the property prices going up and the rental prices also following in tandem. Although most of the rental prices come in the range of Rs. 35, 000 to Rs. 50, 0000 the property values can vary depending on the location and the amenities available. But on the whole HSR Layout commands a premium rent on account of the neatness of the area which is well planned and proximity to the IT hubs and the central city regions like Koramangala, Indiranagar and even the BTM Layout and Electronic City.

The city based brokers and consultants opine that HSR Layout is gaining quick grounds in terms of commerce and it’s the most preferred destination of commercial real estate too. Techies who are employed in the IT corridors of Sarjapura and the Electronic City have high preference for HSR Layout although the statistics say that most of the properties are rented within Rs. 30, 000 per month. It is being noted by the consultants and the market watchers that senior management personnel of the top corporate offices and the traditionally rich who has a base in other parts of Karnataka have been the most of the population in this area.

The consultant remarks that although HSR Layout may be a costly option for the investor but the benefits and the return on the investment is high. In course of time the return on investment is bound to increase as the area is growing up in all aspects and is certainly an investor’s paradise.
