Bangalore has already established itself as the biggest market of commercial space and so the residential absorption is bound to improve. According to a recent report there was an estimate that the residential sales are falling although commercial space absorption's are at all-time high. The reason attributed by the experts are that there may be generation of job but the average salary provided are not enough to invest in the real estate segment which requires high investment. But the experts still contend that as the industry prospers and time passes by the situation in the residential segment is bound to improve proportionately.
